  • Maintain consistency with your brand’s visual identity in all submitted images.
  • Represent your brand in a positive and engaging manner.

  • Upload high-quality images to enhance visibility and user engagement.
  • Optimize images for faster loading without compromising quality.

Location-Specific Guidelines

Please refer to the specific size, dimensions, orientation, and additional specifications for each location within the app. These details are crucial to ensuring that your ad displays optimally in its designated space.

Technical Requirements

File Format:

  • Image Type: JPEG or PNG
  • Orientation: Landscape

File Size:

  • Maximum File Size: 2MB
  • Resolution: 100dpi

Destination URL (Includes UTM Parameters):

  • Up to 1,024 characters.
  • NO redirecting URLs.
  • URLs can’t direct to a payment processor (e.g. PayPal) or video (e.g. YouTube).
  • Macros permitted.

Testing:

  • Test images on various devices and screen sizes to ensure compatibility.
  • Verify that images maintain quality across different resolutions.

Submission Process

Submission Deadline:

  • Adhere to submission deadlines to ensure timely review and approval.
  • Plan ahead to accommodate any review processes.

Review and Approval:

  • Submitted images will undergo a review process to ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Vendors will be notified of approval or any necessary modifications.

Feedback:

  • Vendors will receive feedback in case of rejected images.
  • Ads may be subject to resubmission if/when all requirements have been met.
