Named for its emphasis on salted, cured meats and classically rustic presentation on wood blocks, this casual eatery features an open exhibition-style Charcuterie station that serves as the restaurants centerpiece where each dish takes center stage. Diners can pull up bar stools to sample house-made and locally-sourced items and sip on handcrafted cocktails and local microbrews while watching the restaurant’s Charcuterie chef hand-carve meats and assemble charcuterie plates.
Saltwood’s small, shareable plates feature locally-sourced fresh and seasonal ingredients that draw upon Southern classics and elements of a range of world cuisines. Chef Biraud heads a rockstar team that brings an exciting flair to the menu which reflects Atlanta’s rich cultural and culinary history with a modern twist.
